Update Forgotten Password Question :

1. To update your forgotten password question go to https://insureid.okta.com.

2. Click on your username in the top menu, and select 'Settings'.

3. Click Update Profile button at top right.

4. Enter your password and multifactor authentication.

5. Go to the Forgotten Password Question section select Edit. Select your new question and enter your answer.
